Time for another Rotor! This one uses an identical recipe to my previous two except of course his new parts are made out of apoxie sculpt rather and super sculpey. I also think I made his cap look better than last time, it fits better on his head, I also put one of his hands in a palm down position so he can look like he's working on a console if you were so inclined.
