Mad Dog was supposed to be released with the rest of the Playmates TaleSpin figures. He was even solicited on the back of the card, but he never made it out there. The head is a TMNT Creepy Crawlin' Splinter with lots of sculptey. The base of the body is a Biker Mice from Mars Weevil figure. His arms and legs were too flimsy due to his action feature, so I replaced them with arms and legs from a Bucky O'Hare Dead Eye Duck figure.
