Its the Phantom Poncho today from the game "the secret ponchos"

Painted over the original skull pattern on the minifig head to make it closer to the pattern phantom poncho wears. Shaced off and reworked the ankle areas with the knife and super glue gel. Torso was already the right color so i just painted the legs.

Constructed the sombrero out of tin foil and then went over it with paint and mod podge. The whip was made by tightly twisting a paper clip around one end of the twist tie and the painting and sealing. Shotgun was done similarly but with paper clips and some paper towel glued around the stock. Poncho was made by cutting a paper towel to size, sealing, painting, and sealing again.
