Even in the Hellraiser Sanctum there is inequality. Being a female Cenobite, Camille was denied certain levels of torture/pain, reserved for more "elite" senior Cenobites. Demanding equal share of agony, she ripped herself free from confinement, chains and all. Her entire skull needed to be removed to allow the brain to throb (in pleasure) without hemorraging, and is a crowning reminder that she is the Queen of Pain! Used a clear orange gumball, softned in warm water then sculpted brain details, drop of superglue to hold shape. Airbrushed silver bristles on a comb for the face pins, individually glued. Real metal chains with painted dried glue and shredded bubblewrap to simulate torn skin/blood. After allowing her back to be entirely ripped and stretched as canvas, she then demanded equal agony as Pinhead and got the full-face of pins.
