General Thaddeus E. "Thunderbolt" Ross was in charge of the Gamma Bomb project that fatefully turned Bruce Banner into the Incredible Hulk. Ross debuted in Incredible Hulk #1 in May 1962, a mere 6 months after the birth of the Marvel Universe. Accordingly, he has a long and deep history. Alternately antagonist, anti-hero, villain, and foil through the years, Ross' latest transformation is into the Red Hulk. This custom is a 50th anniversary Leatherneck with an Angel Forge head.
