After nine months out with a badly fractured wrist, I was finally able to finish this custom. This was the version of BL that I really wanted Mattel to release but alas, like most of the Outsiders, they never got around to it.
The recipe is:
Head - modified DCUC Bronze Tiger
Torso - modern DCUC Black Lightning
Arms/Hands - DCUC Alan Scott Green Lantern
Legs/Boots - DCUC Dr Midnite
I used the collar from a ML Power Man and the "electricity" from Black Vulcan.
