This is perhaps the most unique design I've been asked to make. A kid came up with the idea to make Shard the Metal in Sonic and the Black Knight style using Excalibur Sonic as the base. I modded the face mask to not have the chin guard anymore and added a bit of sculpt to the chest, head, and feet. A nearly total repaint job later and Shard is in Black Knight style (which in the storybook universe would probably mean he's a golem or animated suit of armor.)
