Repainted Franklin from the fantastic 4 box set. headband is ribbon. Backpack and straps from GI Joe and trash can lid and hockey stick from tmnt.
Story: After the turtles escaped the city, some of the surviving humans tried to fight back against the Krang Invasion. One of them was the young boy Zack, with help from his older brother, Walt and his best friend Caitlin the small group survived unmutated to see the Turtles and the Mutanimals fight the Krang back. (Those 2 figures are still in the works)
As New York returns to normal, Zack dons a homemade costume on a quest to learn more of the weird things most humans ignore so he'll never be caught by surprise again.
This figure inspired me to rewatch that episode. The character is kind of annoying to me now, but I can remember being a little kid and thinking how cool it would be to meet the turtles and thought zack was really lucky. He was a character that connected me with the cartoon. Zack was, essentially, the embodiment of all of us little kids watching the tv show. Great throwback!
