This is a more modern take on a Navy SEAL Combat Diver, Torpedo, from the old GI Joe cartoons and comics. I gave him as much detail as I could pack into a 3.75" action figure, like adding his dive mask and swim fins hanging off his backpack, his dive navigation board, flip-up NVG and removable eyepro goggles.
