Nothing big first off I removed the cape and shoulder pads. I cut off the ears and acetone the mouth. the visor is made out aves fixit, I used some fixit on the back to patch up the holes. the sword once belonged to Saphiroth......this is supposed to be Snake Eyes from the GI JOE Movie. this is my first custom.
