This 160th SOAR Night Stalkers pilot could be a re-imagined version of Lift Ticket to fit into your own GI Joe universe. This figure has been made using a ton of original parts and scratch built accessories and pieces, including:

The web gear/chest rig - this is a custom made chest rig, I added a ton of items to the gear that came with the Lift Ticket action figure. Several new pouches have been added all around, as well as an air tank that I attached to the lower back area and a hose that attaches to a rebreather that is stretched over the figure's right shoulder. There is also an adjustable harness on his back, using 2 carabiner clips and a strip of thin canvas material.

The body build - the body is mostly from the Data Viper, but I swapped out the lower legs with those of a Shockblast figure. The legs weren't compatible so some work had to be done to make them fit together. I also modified the arms, both upper and lower, by shaving some material from the joint areas to allow the figure to better hold his weapon with 2 hands. He has a much wider range of motion in almost all directions.

The M4 rifle and the medical bag each have a custom made, adjustable canvas strap that can be made wider (for fitting over the body) and smaller for wear and use, so the strap is not flapping all over the place.

The NVG on top of the hand painted helmet also work. "Work" as in flip up and down, not as in you can see in the dark with them.

There is also a removeable sidearm and boot knife to round out the accessories.
