And now to complete another set. Another character that proved to be exceptionally difficult. Superman and Batman were quick and simple. And generally, the body of Wonder Woman wasn't too bad, either. But, that head. Ok, so, in the movie, I completely expected Artemis to be carrying the moniker. However, it's not an Amazon at all, really. It's one of the New Gods. I really wasn't expecting that, but it does make more sense why her sword has a Motherbox in it, so she can teleport. I sculpted up the skirt piece and the shoulder pieces, then proceeded into the full repaint. That part wasn't too bad. Little tedious, but came out great. I tried a couple different things for the head, and even wanted to use the head off the statue that came with the movie. Looked a bit big, though, and pretty awful, so I avoided that copy. Didn't see a sword either. So, finally, I opted for Scarlet Witch's head. Modified it a ton, added some sculpt over the hair to round it out, and eventually came out with this. I think the sword came from the Captain Britain that was in the first Captain America series. Overall, pretty happy with it in the end, and glad to have the set all finished up.
