I got his sculpt and mask on EBay. They are done by Caine. I then ordered the body, clothes, and bloody machete. When I got all the parts I repainted his mask to be more worn, and made his right pocket (right from his point of view) more movie accurate, and removed the button on the left pocket. I then found some nice boots to go with him, and sanded down his right hand peg so I can switch hands out easier. Pretty easy custom to do, not much I actually did.
