Straight outta Chinatown, the White Dragon has been on the to-do list for quite some time. A challenging character to take on, the trickiest part was painting his Asian features. His skin tone isn't white and he's definitely not yellow, just wish there was a handy tutorial on painting Asian skin tones.
Tried several different types of dragon heads but none were really effective. Finally came across the McF Jyaaku and with a bit of sculpt work, was able to work it in for the top part of the mask. Sculpted the lower jaw separately in order to keep articulation in the head, and cut 2 mini red crystals for the dragon eyes. Got the dragon fin from a Yu-Gi-Oh! Wingman, also sculpted lower portion of the fin to keep the flow. Used toy dinosaur spikes for the spikes on the arms/legs, Devilman hands. Upper torso WWE, Sigma6 lower legs. Instead of sculpting all those scales, used confetti to create the effect. Coupla coats of flat white, and added pearl nail polish to accent the dragon scales on the forearms/boots.
