Why I made this custom??
My collection of Fist of the North Star Figures is made of FOTNS 200x figures, these figures made by Kaiyodo/Xebec toys are about 7 to 8 inches tall, very well made and painted, I might add. As far as I know Jagi was not made for this line.
I once purchased a FOTNS 199x figure and noticed it is far inferior, very bad plastic, lack of detail, and they don't have much detail (I was really disappointment and the figure ended up in a fodder bin).
So far Jagi has been made for Revoltech (beautiful figures these revoltech are, but 4.5 inch tall max) and RAH (12 inches and very expensive).

I had the idea of making mine for quite some time but needed something to make this simpler for me. I managed to purchase a 199x Jagi for about $11 (his arm broke as I was unpacking it, this is how delicate these 199x figures are) and decided to use as much of it as I could. And decided to paint similar to the Revoltech one, just because I loved the colors. Now I have a 7.1 inch Jagi that can stand next to my other FOTNS 200x figure.

Recipe:
- Base figure WWE figure
- Hands, arm and leg guards (hollowed out with dremel tool form Jagi 199x)
- Head, Helmet, shoulder spikes, dynamite, and gun, from Jagi 199x)
- Sculpted Jock strap, gun shots, belts for legs and arm guards, jacket, part of the leg guards, basically the legs where sculpted to look like pants.

I really took my time sanding and painting this guy, maybe more than any of my other figure. I think I learned more about this finishing process.

Tried to add some pictures of the process, and the Revoltech one on the ipad.

The head of this guy is kinda off scale, even though the FOTNS characters and figures seem to have small heads. In this case I think Xebec tous made a smaller head for the helmet to be kinda right, Although I think a bigger head may fit inside the helmet. If I have the chance I will tackle a new head for this guy (once I get better at sculpting)
