One of a Dirty Sozen type outfit in WH40K. He's based on the 28mm original. The base figure was a Japanese comic series set which I didn't keep the name of. Most of the clothing and equipment is Greenstuff/Milliput.

I definitely like the 'updated' figure better. He really stands out and has a lot more color. So did you make the entire figure from scratch using the little guy in the picture as your guide? That's really impressive!
