In the alternative world, mankind has being involved in a consume war for decades. Civilization is gathered on one continent, it is subordinated and distributed between seventeen Rulers/Masters. that fight with each other. The full technological potential has been mobilized to be used by the tremendous armies. The are very few Homo Superior and theirs potential is still unfathomable. Called The Endowers they live among human beings as slaves, warriors or even the Masters. Their fate depends on their own power. The greatest ones gain recognition of merits while the weakest ones or those deprived of offensive powers, either offer their abilities to the Masters or simply remain unconscious of their heritage. Born just before the break out of the Great War, Horeb is one of the Endowers. His unique ability of regeneration has allowed him to survive several dozen of years of the permanent war. As a slave-soldier he has served many Rulers. Every time his master lost in war, Horeb became a possession of another one. I has happened several times until the 17. times. Horeb is taking part in a campaign against Sen-Zu, a minor Ruler of the eastern armies. On the battlefield he met one of the enemy Generals and wounds him. After all, he lost the fight but escaped death due to his abilities of endowers. In spite of the fact that he is incorporated into slave rangers of Sen-Zu, he is remembered as the one who has challenged General and what is more, he survived. His new master who has been experimenting with his own potential for years, discovers that he has telepathic abilities. Uncovering his own powers, Sen-Zu also started perceiving them in others, including those completely unaware of their extraordinary inheritance. This allows him to collect five most uncommon warriors, who later on will become his Generals. Sen-Zu during numerous telepathic sessions is exploring even deeply his companions and his own abilities. He realizes that he may use the potential of the Endoweds to get the better of the other Rulers and he starts making a plan that could give him victory. When one of the Generals discovers that he is able to use his ability of teleportation to open a portal leading to different worlds, Sen-Zu commands his most confidential warriors to explore the different realities. What he is looking for are knowledge and technology which may help in finalizing the Great War. The following expeditions bring him cognizance in genetic nature of dissimilarity of the Endowers and also an ability of stimulating their potentials. He stars researches of mutants among his own soldiers. Horeb is one of the chosen for further experiments. During telepathic sessions, Sen-Zen learns about the history of the long-lived Endower and perceives that he has some possibilities. It appears that regenerative powers of Horeb have its font in the power of taking control over the matter at the level of particles. This power is expressed by an ability of taking control over the diminutive objects that are inanimate (also mechanically), until Horeb stays in a direct contact with them (he can for example control his chain like his own arm, but must be connected to it). The ability is also visible in regeneration which is not an autonomous process as the mutant has to be conscious and be concentrated on healing. Horeb can also influence on stability of the matter that build the objects. Due to limited control over the powers of mutual influence of their particles, he can for example lead a small quantity of liquid to the boil or to disintegrate small objects or parts of bigger objects. The domain of influence depends on time and size of surface he affects. Horeb must have a direct contact with an object. As a nature of this action is very complex, Horeb is unable to control it fully. This makes that its results are normally destructive. There is also a suspicion that when Horeb contacts physically with other Endowers, he may distort the activity of his mutational abilities, even in an uncontrolled manner. Normally, it brings an negative result but positive ones are also possible. His abilities also influence on Horebs physical skills. They enhance significantly his strengh to gain a superhuman level (Horeb is capable of lifting over 1,5 tones), improve his durability and also accelerate his speed. As the long-lived mutant becomes sensitive to energetic tracks that leave all the supernatural creatures, including the Endowers. He partly learns how to recognize their nature. An ability of identifying their origin is also under his total control but it also makes him exposed to unidentifiable influences. He begins to perceive that matter communicates with him uncovering future occurrences and their consequences. Initially, Horeb hides this fact but after all, he is telling Sen-Zu about his power. The telepath does not confirm an existence of any of the phenomenon described by the mutant. As a result of this conversation, Horeb decides to slight this kind of incidents in future. Thanks to the technologies from different worlds, Sen-Zu gains an advantage in the Great War. He has well in hand seven out of thirteen Rulers (that are still alive). Those who do not accept Sen-Zus primacy are killed and they armies destroyed. The rest six Masters gather to increase their chances of defeating new, powerful enemy. At this time Horeb serves loyally his master. Using his new skills and using the weapon designed by Sen-Zu, he quickly proves his amazing worth as a warrior. What is more, he has a strong telepathic relationship with Sen-Zu. All that leads Horeb to become the sixth General. Horebs loyalty and devotion are put to test when his returning visions show that Sen-Zu is the involuntary author of the human civilization extermination. Until now, the long-lived mutant suspected that visions (and suggestions) had experienced are a result of the telepathic relationship with his Ruler. However, a strong instability of the matter that is connected to the visions and that appears as a physical suffer, makes Horeb again open to the mysterious communication. Buffeted, unable to tell reality apart from his visions Horeb decides to confront his premonitions with Sen-Zu. When they reach the meeting place, Horebs visions and suggestions stop. Instead of turmoil of the instable matter in the Endowers head appears a clear statement: he has to kill Sen-Zu who is guilty of the tragedy which has not occured yet. Just before Rulerss death, Sen-Zu informs telepathically the rest Generals about the danger. Horeb managed to kill the first of the arrived General but in the end he was defeated and being at deaths door, he is lost his consciousness. He woke up in a foreign world - one of those that he were exploring with the other Generals, looking for the new technologies. This is the Marvel world :) ..em..sorry for my english. really ;] About figure - he has magnets on: feet (stability), belt (to attach chain and sword), right arm (to carry his shield), hands (better hold staff, chain, also to carry his hand-gun). there are magnets elements on his back (to attach shield and chain). His hand-gun can be attach to inner side of shield. And that`s all.. thans for patience! :) ![]() |
