I started with a 3-pack Captain America and using aves & styrene added the detailing on the torso. For the head I sanded the hair off a ML Sandman and used some Aves to modify the ears. The goggles are made with a strap from a Kaneda figure and some random fodder. The right hand on the base couldn't hold a gun so I spliced one in from the fodder bin. The belt is made from a Teen Titans Sportsmaster belt and an old school Hydra Agent's belt. The backpack is made from the backpiece of a Cylon and a piece of a Gears of War figure with some tubes added. The glue guns are made from cut down SMGs with pieces of a M16 stock used for barrels, the glue drips in the barrels were made with hot glue.
