He is the Peter Parker from Earth-90214 basically a Great Depression Earth and the same history that Peter 616 whit cannibals, gansters and guns.
But this Spider is a Web-Warrior who is not afraid to kill his enemies; "to save the hand sometimes you have to cut some fingers".
