Hi Imaginext fans. Today's treat is the Imaginext Super-girl. I sanded an Imaginext Wonderwomen of her paint, used apoxie sculpt to do her hair and belt. I made her cape and skirt using an Imaginext Super-man's cape (superman blue is on his way). all the paint is acrylic sealed with clear varnish. I had fun making this custom with my inexperience of sculpting. till next time everyone...UP UP AND AWAY!

I use flat acrylics. Yes I wait about 30 min for it to dry before adding the varnish. I use the apoxie sculpt because I read it was one of the best to use. I am not a pro by any means, but it molds like clay and it is sandable.

Awesome job!!! So did you use glossy or flat acrylics? I'm not sure which to use for my own. When you seal with clear varnish do you have to wait for the acrylic to dry? And third, but last question...why use apoxie sculpt over sculpey (or is it the same thing?) I assume so. Thanks!
