The Head is A SOTA GUILE with some touch up paint. I removed the ugly flat top and gave him new hair, and then painted it.
The Body is a WWE Wrestler. Not sure which one but I repainted the shirt, And took some of the paint off the pants to give them a dirty look.
The Boots are also SOTA GUILE'S painted black over the brown to give them a dirty look.
The Sunglasses were made out of craft wire and miliput. I then dipped them in future to get them to shine. It took several trys to make these...
The motorcycle was made from a West Coast Chopper bike. I took a few things off of this bike, modified the handlebars and repainted it.
(The lamp posts were from a Spiderman set just put in for atmosphere.)

Character Background:
RIP is a Police Detective in Revenant City. A Military installation in Nevada purposely filled with Zombies for Government experiments(There is NO Roswell). The base has a Civilian, and Military population, and the Civilian jobs pay on a hazard pay scale.
RIP has no official training in Police work, but he is quite skilled with weapons and hand-to-hand combat. In a city full of Zombies no one really cares he has no official training. He moved to Revenant City basically just so he could kill Zombies just for fun! He never follows the rules, and pretty much does whatever he pleases. But considering no one else is crazy enough to do his job, he gets away with it.
