Disciple's power stems from the power of his mystic blade, Schülersteller. With heightened strength and reflexes as well as the skill of 1000 blademasters bestowed upon him he wrought swift justice upon the evils of the night.

Disciple always believed the blade was forged by a god, but he never knew which god. Over time his methods became more severe, and his justice more final. He could hear the sword whispering to him. His teammates could never hear it, and even if they did would never understand. What he did was god's will.

And if god himself tells you your teammates are evil, who are you to judge? You are after all his disciple.

And plot against them he did, but he was caught in the act! Only to have one of his former friends murder him in cold blood. He could feel every broken bone as the blood drained from him, and his eyes grew dark ....

But it was not to remain so. His lord and master, Pith the serpent god, finally revealed himself. Restoring his body and giving him a second chance to finish what he started.
