I've been meaning to see if it was possible to make customs using the Tomy Sonic Boom figures for some time, and I decided to make Perci here my first test case. Turns out that although there are different challenges in dismantling and remantling these things because of a different assembly technique, it is still totally possible! Perci started out as a Sticks figure and I used Apoxie sculpt to make new things like the hair and accessories. The fluffy tops of her ugg boots are actually the ends of Sticks' pigtails, which lengthen her legs just enough to make her the same height as Sonic.
