VTS made a "Resident Evil Retribution" figure that came with a head sculpt of Todd / Carlos.

Got a head sculpt loose and did some sculpt work on him to make him look like Carlos from "Resident Evil Apocalypse" with the younger spikey hair.

A lot of custom made uniform made here too. The Tactical Tiger stripe pants in the Grey/Black/Green camo have never been made 1/6th so Had to dye and paint them to the correct colour.

The holsters I had to make, the Flak vest and the Tactical vest I had to make (as the South African vest again not made 1/6th scale). Then of course I had to print onto Cloth the patches needed for this figure.

Of course once done I Had to re enact the First time we met Carlos as that was one memorable introduction of a character.
