Shinobi, with custom base and paint job is pretty standard undercoat black
Paint main clothing dark blue with grey height lights
Sleeve dark green with light green highlights
A few browns for his tabi sock and sandals
Rope around his legs red detail on sword sheath red and silver.
Face a few reds with orange highlights
Then wash all in black

For the base I just covered in pva dipped in sand sand then cut foam to the shape I wanted undercoat black highlight grey with bits of green and a small amount of flock on the left rock.
