I think my favorite design for Shazam is his Regime costume from Injustice: Gods Among Us. I made it shortly after the game was released, and have been wanting to revisit it ever since. Kept thinking about a larger Herc build, though, and never seemed to have any to spare. But, recently got a request to remake the old design, so I couldn't resist jumping on it. Cut the Gladiator cut down a little bit to better match the image. Then, I cut the fin off the head and sculpted on the hood. Cut and glued a piece from Kraven's belt to him, then sculpted the rest of the belt on. Finally added the boot tops from Cable, full repaint, and done! Not too complex overall.
