I started with a DCUC Question and painted him first with a spray and then with Testors. The Tentacles are Apoxie Sculpt. I used a paint marker for the face. I like all of the Voids looks, but I think his pseudo Golden Age is killer. I took some license with the tentacles since you only technically see that in later iterations.
