This is the last of my Mutant Brotherhood, ( at least for now.). I used a MU Cap for the base in order to avoid paint rub issues since he's already mostly blue. The head is from a MU Punisher. I sanded the hair down to get the helmet shape right. The rest is 2 part epoxy and paint.
