First I repainted his face and eyes, including adding beauty marks. ;-) I then used hot glue and red paint to give his saber a more accurate look to the movie. The scarf and good were sewn seperately then place together around his neck once I found out his head snapped off. The top of his body has screws so I took him apart the tunic is hand sewn then added to his upper torso and glued on the bottom. Repainted his arms so they weren't so washed out looking. The lower half's original plastic tabards were cut off leaving the belt then a fabric later was glued into it and reconnected with the upper body. Then I added another under skirt sewining into the top layer so it has two layers. That was it and I really like how he looks now. It was a long tedious process but we'll worth it!
