I basically had this odd mixed figure after I made my custom 9th and 12th Doctors. 12 regenerated body and standard 12 head. He didn't really have a place on my shelf until I saw the UDWF1 short, "The Lift", and I noticed that Fourth Doctor used in that short had a costume that I could easily make. After that, it was a piece of cake, really. After making the scarf out of paper, I painted the body(except for the hands and feet), sculpted the hair and a small portion of the jacket that had ripped off when I prepared the body for customizing. I then just had to paint in a few more details until it was complete enough for me to display it on my shelf. The hardest part was the eyes, really. I did so many takes with a thumbtack that just had a tiny dab of paint on it. Took an entire hour to get the right eye into a satisfactory state. Overall, it's not ENTIRELY accurate, but when in the mindset of this just giving this figure a purpose on my shelf, it's good enough.
