Started with a 12" Riddler figure (DC's version of Marvel's Titan hero series). Dremeled the domino mask off. Filled the belt holes in and used the dremel to carve the teeth of the bottom of the skull as well as the pockets on the belt. Removed the head and primed the body. Painted using black and white. Used masking tape for the skull. Drilled holes in the legs and back and added magnets securing with plastic epoxy and aves sculpt fixit. Touched up paint. Readded head with painted eyes. Clear coat entire figure.
