I would use a hot glue gun to make the veins......other then that,thats one cool looking Red Hulk.

Red Hulk is getting popular huh... and you got one mean incREDible Hulk going there. Would be better if you can sculpt some veins and color the hair grey for the more comic feel...but thats just me. Great work.
