I can't believe I forgot to post this guy. With as excited as I was to finally have him all finished up. So, Charlie has always been one of my favorite characters in Street Fighter. Helped that the only game I had for a stretch was Alpha 3, so I got to play him a lot. Back when I first started getting into customs he was on that initial list. I even tried starting him at one point, but never got too far. With the release of Street Fighter V, I decided to go back and give him a real go. Gave him the larger Wrecker legs for the baggy look, and to help balance out with the added bulk from the jacket. The jacket itself came from Vortious, cut short. The head was from AngelForge. Added sculpt to the hair, and sculpted up the watch, too. Finally, the dog tags were the Captain Britain necklace with a little sculpt added. Really happy with him in the end.
