As some of you may know I've attempted this figure multiple times. As the first custom figure I ever attempted it did not come out anywhere near what I would have liked. So this is actually a complete retool and repaint of my very first Tech Jacket custom. I redid the face plate, chest, and covered it with a brand new paint job more contusive to the first appearance of Tech Jacket in the Invincible books.
