Rom is one of those characters I never really wanted to fix up. That large upper torso, really. But, then I got asked to, so I had to work it out. Ended up being decently fun. Swapped out the hands for Nighthawk, then added some sculpt to them. Head was from...not sure. It was generally remade already. From there, I resculpted the whole figure, doing multiple layers to increase the size of the upper torso. Full silver repaint after all that, and done! Whew.
