Here's one I've been slowly tackling in between other projects. I believe I was influenced in the design in part by a scorpion Skylander (I can't remember his name) I'd seen. It was a cool looking figure and a Motu character seemed to fit to me at least.
Clawful as the base, scorpion tail from venom, gave a hand to help humanize and make him more believable as a Master and turned the mace into a flail.
