I saw this statue on eBay and thought "I wonder if I can turn that into an articulated figure?" So I ordered it for about $16 and got started. Thankfully, it wasn't one solid piece, which made it a little easier. Nemesis is my favorite antagonist, so I was really motivated to get this project right.

I use a dremel and saw to separate it into pieces and used the joints from a tiny Spider-man 3 Venom figure that kinnda sucked to create shoulder, elbow, hip, waist, and knee joints. I used Fix-It sculpt to make the joints less of an eye sore and hid the shoulder joints with a strip of rubber on the right arm and black electrical tape on the left. I used Testor's black acrylic to paint over the sculpted parts and drill marks, then gave it a matte finish with Testor's Dullcote Lacquer. Happy 20th birthday Resident Evil!
