Hello customizer enthusiast, what’s a web comic and why would I waste time making a custom based on one … same thing I was thinking going into this contest, but after poking around the internet I found a pretty cool web comic and 2007 Web Cartoonist's Choice Award for Outstanding Superhero / Action Comic called “The Adventures Of Dr. McNinja” created, written and drawn by Chris Hastings and inked by Kent Archer. The best way to describe this web comic to truly bring out it’s best qualities to someone that’s never read it, is to say it’s like Marvel Comics Deadpool character mixed with the TV show scrubs mixed with the Adult Swim show The Venture Brothers. The comic is about a Irish ninja who went against his life’s calling and became a doctor. The main character’s family name is actually McNinja, and so McNinja opens his own clinic where he has a gorilla that communicates through sign language named Judy as his receptionist and gets around on a Velociraptor he calls Yoshi “like the Mario games” who help him on his doctor / ninja adventures. In Dr. McNinja’s mind because he knows everything about Bat-man, he believes in a way Bat-man trained him and always approachs all situations with a “what would Bat-man do” or “WWBMD” attitude, most time with laughable results. With great art and comic pacing I recommend you check out this comics in it’s entirety at the main drninja website to see what I’m talking about.

Now on to the customized figure from The Adventures Of Dr. McNinja webcomic, the main character Dr. McNinja. This custom was made mostly a ML Professor X body, LH Super Patriot head, and other figure odds & ends. No detail was overlooked in the creation of this custom from his doctor’s jacket that has a pocket with pens in it, to his trademark stethascope around his neck, even the grayish shadow that surrounds his mask, and for fans and people that may have read McNinja’s adventures I included a picture of Judy at her desk and the good doctor riding Yoshi.

Web comics are like customs, these people are just trying to show folks on the internet for bad or good their creativity.
