Mary Marvel's body was a good starting point for a second take on Mary Jane Watson. I popped Mary Jane's head from the movie version of the figure, onto Mary Marvel's body- it was a good match. Then I painted over her t-shirt with black paint, and also sanded down her glove's wrists. Earlier, when I had Mary Marvel originally, I had removed her molded on skirt, and had hoped to turn her into April O'Neil, but that didn't work out, so I [previously gave her a pair of jeans from a Family Corners dollhouse figure) ended up giving Mary Jane a skirt from a Happy Meal Barbie. I had to take apart MJ at the waist, put the skirt on backwards (over her waist first instead of having her step into it) and then glue her waist joint back together.
