Once I started Snake-Eyes, Zartan was not far behind. The Master of Disguise would fit right in! Flogg's legs reminded me a lot of the armor on Zartan's leg armor, and it grew from there. I also liked the smirk on King Hiss, so I knew with some changes it would be a great Zartan head combined with a hood from ML Taskmaster. The rest is fodder from a variety of places and the Sniper rifle I have had forever but never knew what to use it for. For fun I did a Ninja Force Zartan (a terrible terrible look) and a Dreadnok Ripper head too.
