Well after a no sale using the Dekker base a long time ago, I wanted to find a good way to reuse the cool skirt part of his outfit. I saw beer commercial with a black eagle, and thought ir would be a good looking character. I am not a Baltimore ravens fa, but somehow I went with those colors. So I gave him some new hairy/furry legs and arms, some wings and a bird headsculpt from ibmmt to create Eagle Eye. Add in a feather/wing looking blade and here he is.
