I started with Sinister six Doc Ock and added a head and claws from a movie Wolverine. I always thought the owl looked an awful lot like Logan, and the movie head was particularly snarly. Apoxie putty to complete the vest and coat and testors paint. Of course he needs to fly, so his stand came an Alien3 figure. It was difficult to get the paint on the jacket without it being sucky. It ended up looking kind of ratty, which I liked, so I modded the paint to look dirtier.
