It's been awhile, but I've finally finished my second full on custom! I've been slowly working on/stewing over this custom since February (I'm super OCD/perfectionist when it comes to my projects). I was initially just going to do a repaint and head swap to make a very "frank Miller" dark knight strikes again kind of batman, but at the last minute (today) decided to do one that was more "inspired by" Ben afflecks batman. The result is something that takes elements/inspiration from a few different versions of batman. As for the recipe:

Body is Toybiz face off daredevil (altered the weird shoulders)- I loved the range of movement this figure has despite his bulk, plus the physique is reminiscent of Ben afflecks bat suit- and makes him look a bit more like a brawler. I sculpted the chest emblem, which I modeled after the shape of the batarangs from BVS

Forearms, boots, and the neck portion of the cowl- capullo batman (neck was shaped to be similar to the BVS cowl)

Head is a arkham origins batman with the ears shortened, hands are superior Spider-Man, belt is Steve Rogers, grapple gun is NECA Nintendo batman 89 with an extended handle cut from batman arkham knight line launcher.

The cape- now this is something I'm really proud of. I wanted something that looked leathery, but behaved like cloth, and had a sort of beat up look- so I took a really fine weave black fabric and applied 2 coats of fabric paint (mixed 2 drops of white into black). Then I took a thin wire and some e6000 glued and folded the wire into the outer edge of the cape (even through the collar bone area of the cape). I love the way it looks and moves.

Also, I'm almost done with a custom motorcycle for batman as well.
