So, I want to get a more appropriately sized Rocksteady to pair up with my Turtle figures. So, I got around to working on it. He was made from a Leaping Hulk figure, and his motorcycle was from the movie line, just with the fresh repaint. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to fit the bike, though only one hand is capable of gripping.
