Really nice weathering, the paint scratches sell it, whats the technique?

Hi, thanks for the kind words, I get all the paint work on the arms and helmet sorted, then I use a Stanley knife and scrape away areas I want to looked damaged, I then add some black ink around the scratch marks and some strokes of black model paint, I then take the Stanley knife to the whole area again scratching away the areas I want to look damaged. I also dry brush the black paint over the raised areas and apply the ink to the nooks and crannys and I use my finger to smudge it in areas (like the thigh and torso) so it looks like dirt and damage hope this helps
