Had picked up a Speed Demon for the Silvermane head to make a full body Silvermane robot awhile back. After seeing pics of Quagmire with his punk rock glasses, I thought he'd make an ok Quagmire. Green Stuff and fodder pieces for the clothing details. Ground a little of the mask details away and used foam for the mowhawk. I had some ear pieces in the fodder bin as well.
