repainted Harley from the DC figure. I resculpted the hair and Puddin choker. Added a modded Chiappa Rhino revolver with a functioning under arm holster and bloodied up her bat.

the same way you would apply weathering, wiping off paint with tissue before it dries, like an ink wash without the shine

Ah, I didn't know the texture was already sculpted onto the figure. It really needed to be brought out with that wash.
