Here's the easiest custom you'll ever see: look at the Contra NES Sprites.
You'll notice that Neca got them completely backwards! I don't even know how it took me this long to notice it, but now that I did, I can't un-see it!

Get a pot of boiling water and soften them for a few seconds; they'll pull apart very easily at the waist! Just switch 'em around and BOOM, DONE.

I used the long haired dude for Venom Snake (click on my name to see!), so now I have red legs added to my fodder pile, but all of you out there ought to switch your guys around!
