Hey all. Wanted a more imposing Red Skull than the one from the Cap movie wave. Decided to use ghost rider's taller frame for this guy, but keep that leather overcoat. Full recipe is movie red skull head, ghost rider body (painted), movie RS arms, hands and jacket, sculpted neck piece, salvaged collar from RS figure repurposed into a scarf, fodder gun. I painted the scarf green as a nod to his classic all green jumper. Kept the black boots glossy but repainted the body to be a flatter more contrasting black, and left the arms and jacket that almost grey-ish black so there's more variation than an all black figure. Biggest issue was that the ghost rider head was a real pain to remove, had to crack (horribly break) the whole torso and hot glue it back together, so he no longer has ab crunch functionality, but that's not the end of the world for this guy.
