I used to read Batman and the Outsiders comics as a kid, and I always loved how weird Metamorpho was. Another fig I am super glad to finally have on my shelf.

I chopped the right foot off and melted a pin through both parts to give it some strength. Stuck some epoxy in there for more strength. Covered the thing in liquid auto epoxy to create the 'mud' drips, then green stuff to get it to stand the smeg up... What a nightmare.
Right arm was chopped, pinned and epoxied so it all flows together, there is a joint in there you can probably see around the regular wrist area. I spray painted the orange section with StoneTexture spraypaint to give it the bumps.
Left arm is just some chunks of plastic stuck into his shoulder and a Thor hammer cut and glued into place, then epoxy green stuff to get them to flow together.
Belt is a GIJoe harness cut and a piece of plastic that I sliced the M into and I can't believe how nice it turned out.
Cut the neck down a bit.
Paint and DONE.
